The selected candidates will be presented to the client. Once we’ve reached an agreement with the client on the candidates they wish to interview, we handle the coordination of interviews at every stage, ensuring both candidates and clients are well-prepared.
Post acceptance
After an offer is accepted and before the start date, a communication gap can sometimes arise, causing momentum to be lost. We will stay in touch with both parties, offering any necessary advice, meeting with the candidate again, and providing assistance wherever needed to ensure a smooth transition.
